Services

Plowing & Clearing

Compact plows, skid steers, and mini loaders weave through tight Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania lots, alleys, and service lanes.

Sidewalk Detailing

ADA routes, ramps, and tactile warnings get priority passes and extra deicer to ensure compliance.

Deicing & Anti-Icing

Spreaders are calibrated block by block, ensuring uniform coverage that balances traction with environmental care.

Haul-Off & Pile Control

When space is tight, we stack strategically away from sightlines, drains, and ADA cuts.

For mixed-use towers, we schedule quiet-hour work to respect residents while keeping retail and hospitality access pristine.

Why Choose Us

Reliability is layered: backups are staged, alternate drivers briefed, and extra deicer stocked within the city so coverage never slips.

Polish matters: we leave crisp edges, clean drains, and tidy entrances that welcome guests instead of warning them.

We respect noise ordinances and HOA rules, using quiet equipment during sensitive hours while keeping surfaces safe.

You get partnership, not just plowing: seasonal reviews, site walks, and post-storm recaps help refine triggers, pile spots, and material blends.

With ForceSnowRemoval, winter becomes predictable, even on the busiest Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania block.

Operations Deep Dive

Fuel, edges, and backup spreaders are staged inside city limits to slash downtime and keep rotations tight.

During snow, supervisors shadow routes, calling audibles when bands intensify or when sun hits south-facing glass and melts early.

If piles creep toward visibility lines or parking counts, we schedule overnight haul-off to reset capacity.

Seasonally, we host review sessions to tweak trigger depths, choose optimal blends, and position cache bins closer to recurring slick spots.

This cycleprepare, perform, polish, provekeeps your city sites safer and smoother each week.

Neighborhood Focus

Historic districts get gentle blade angles, rubber edges near brick, and careful salting to protect stonework.

Medical clusters receive redundant coverage, double-treated slopes, and cleared fire lanes to keep access constant.

It is the difference between generic plowing and true city-grade snow management.

The first settler in the area currently known as Clarks Summit was William Clark. Clark had fought in the Battle of Bunker Hill during the Revolutionary War, and as payment for his military service, he was issued 800 acres (3.2 km2) of Pennsylvania land by Congress. Because of disputes between Pennsylvania and Connecticut over the area of land that is now northern Pennsylvania (resulting in the Pennamite-Yankee War), the land deed issued to Clark was deemed invalid by the Luzerne County land grant office. Clark had no choice but to pay for the land himself. In March 1799, Clark and his three sons moved into a log cabin in the Abington wilderness, located on what is currently the Clarks Green Cemetery. The first school was built in 1893 and was destroyed by fire two years later. The village of Clarks Summit and an adjacent tract of land were incorporated into the Borough of Clarks Summit on August 30, 1911.
