Services

Plowing & Clearing

Blade pressures adjust to protect pavers, striping, and decorative concrete while still cutting down to clean pavement.

Sidewalk Detailing

ADA routes, ramps, and tactile warnings get priority passes and extra deicer to ensure compliance.

Deicing & Anti-Icing

We pretreat before bands arrive, reducing bond strength and keeping plow times short.

Haul-Off & Pile Control

When space is tight, we stack strategically away from sightlines, drains, and ADA cuts.

For mixed-use towers, we schedule quiet-hour work to respect residents while keeping retail and hospitality access pristine.

Why Choose Us

Reliability is layered: backups are staged, alternate drivers briefed, and extra deicer stocked within the city so coverage never slips.

Your brand stays bright because we sweat details like clean curb returns, brush-free benches, and visible wayfinding.

Speed without chaos: routes are optimized, crews are briefed, and communications stay calm and clear.

When you need proof for insurers, boards, or auditors, we deliver a ready-to-forward packet.

The result is uptime: shoppers arrive to clear walks, residents cross safe entries, and guests roll up to dry valet loops.

Operations Deep Dive

Pre-storm, we map every curb cut, hydrant, loading bay, and planter to protect assets and keep access flawless.

During snow, supervisors shadow routes, calling audibles when bands intensify or when sun hits south-facing glass and melts early.

If piles creep toward visibility lines or parking counts, we schedule overnight haul-off to reset capacity.

Seasonally, we host review sessions to tweak trigger depths, choose optimal blends, and position cache bins closer to recurring slick spots.

Amelia was not officially platted. The area was originally called Milltown, later shortened to Milton. However, when a post office was established in 1836, there was already a Milton Post Office in the state. Various accounts state that the post office was named Amelia after Amelia Bowdoin, a well known and popular tollkeeper on the Ohio Turnpike (present-day State Route 125). Her home is now known as the Amelia Bowdoin House and stands at 94 West Main Street, across the street from its original location. However, there is no census record of an Amelia Bowdoin; Amelia may have been a corruption of the name of Armilla Bodin, the wife of a tollkeeper. Amelia was incorporated as a village on December 20, 1900.
